1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 77hd platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or on behalf of a third party.
• You must not already hold an active 77hd account. Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false personal details is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 77hd, or a family member or close associate of a 77hd employee, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

77hd reserves the right to request identity documentation (passport, national ID card, or other government-issued ID) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Users who fail to provide required documentation within the specified timeframe may have their accounts suspended pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access 77hd's full range of services, users must complete the account registration process by providing the required personal information. 77hd accounts are personal and non-transferable. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. 77hd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify 77hd support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. 77hd may take steps to secure your account pending your report, including temporary suspension.
• Account details, including your registered mobile number and payment methods, must be kept current. 77hd will not be responsible for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
• 77hd accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of any balance.
• Users must update their account information promptly if any registered details change, including contact information and linked payment methods. Failure to do so may delay withdrawal processing or result in failed transactions.

77hd may conduct identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of initial registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or following any activity that triggers our risk management protocols. Cooperation with verification requests is a condition of continued account access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

77hd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the 77hd platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 77hd reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on a per-account basis, particularly where risk management or responsible gaming controls have been activated.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 77hd's finance team following a verified request.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes providing a valid government-issued photo identification document and, where requested, proof of address or proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 77hd account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact 77hd support with the transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77hd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All bon uses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 77hd.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The rollover requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are issued to individual accounts and may not be shared, transferred, or used in conjunction with bonuses from another account. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• 77hd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, existing wagering requirements will be honoured for a reasonable period following any cancellation.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings generated from free spins that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are classified as bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied.
• Bonuses and promotions are offered at 77hd's sole discretion and may be subject to eligibility requirements, including minimum deposit thresholds, account verification status, and geographic restrictions. 77hd reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77hd platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules for individual sports, markets, and casino games are published separately on the relevant game or sport page within the platform.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by 77hd, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Users are responsible for ensuring bet selections, stake amounts, and applicable odds are correct before confirming any wager.
• 77hd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, data feed failure, or system error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account balance. 77hd will notify affected users where reasonably practicable.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets on 77hd. These limits are set per bet, per event, and per day, and are subject to change at 77hd's discretion. The applicable maximum payout for any given market will be displayed within the betting interface before bet confirmation.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing sports body, 77hd will settle affected bets in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific sport or market. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be returned to users.
• Live (in-play) betting markets on 77hd are subject to suspension or closure at any time during an event at the discretion of the risk management team. Bets already confirmed before a suspension will stand, subject to the applicable void conditions above.

7. Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77hd platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately and any funds in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. 77hd reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. 77hd operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls and reports suspicious transactions as required by applicable law.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies or bonus structures across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the 77hd platform in a non-human manner or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format offered on 77hd to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the 77hd platform, its servers, or any connected systems. Any such attempt will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

77hd employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited activity is detected, 77hd may freeze the account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining the appropriate course of action, which may include permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77hd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 77hd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of 77hd.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77hd platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit users to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of 77hd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77hd's liability to users in connection with use of the platform is limited as set out below. These limitations apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

• 77hd shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• 77hd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, and governmental actions) may cause temporary unavailability.
• 77hd is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or hardware malfunctions on the user's side that affect access to or use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77hd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

77hd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Where 77hd has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or payment-related conditions.
• Where an account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months. 77hd will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying an inactivity status. Dormant account balances will be maintained for a period of 24 months from the last activity date before any further action is taken.
• Where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority. In such cases, 77hd may be prevented from disclosing the reason for the account action to the user.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

77hd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on this website. By registering for an account, users consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77hd uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect the transmission of personal and financial data on the platform.

13. Amendments to These Terms

77hd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably be expected to affect your use of the platform or your rights as a user — 77hd will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. 14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77hd encourages users to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally.
